For over fifty years civil rights attorneys have gathered at the Airlie Civil Rights Conference in Warrenton Virginia to share ideas and latest news.  This year, on October 13 “15,  G & B partner Al Gerhardstein was tapped along with long-time client Iris Roley of the Cincinnati Black United Front to trace their 15 year effort to implement the Collaborative Agreement in Cincinnati.  The CA has become a national model for police reform efforts.  The two have also presented about the Collaborative in Ferguson, Mo, New York City, and elsewhere.  The leadership of the NAACP LDF has traveled to Cincinnati to witness the CA in action and are using the model to promote reforms in Baltimore.
